Where are you located?
We are at 5011 Dierker Rd.

We are located just north of Henderson Road, approximately 2 miles east of Riverside Drive and 3 miles west of State Route 315.

What are my payment options?
Full payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personnel checks, and all major credit cards.

We also accept Care Credit, a special credit card designed just for veterinary use. Applications are available at the clinic and are often approved within minutes.

We encourage all of our clients to look into pet health insurance. We recommend Veterinary Pet Insurance and have the brochures and applications available in the clinic.

We also accept barter dollars from members of ITEX and IMS for medical services only. We do not accept trade dollars for medications, grooming or training.

We encourage you to ask for a printed estimate of charges before services are rendered. We are happy to discuss our services and your financial options.

How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment to see a veterinarian, make a reservation for boarding, or schedule a grooming appointment, please call 614-457-4636.

Do you see patients by appointment only?
To provide the optimal commitment of time to you and your pet we work on an appointment basis. We have evening and Saturday appointments to fit your busy schedule.

We are generally able to see patients within 24 hours and often the same day.
